I studied at the London School of Reflexology and have a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I am also a Member of the Association of Reflexogists.
Through Reflexology I can detect subtle changes and blockages in the feet and by working on these points I can help break down the blockages to allow the energy to flow freely and restore the body's natural balance.
I have a keen interest in pre-conception and pregnancy reflexology. I have a caring and calm nature which shines through in my treatments.
